Our Philosophy as a Coaching Staff: We will be passionate about Coaching and winning, Believe in yourself and your
abilities to carry out your assignment, Be a positive role model to the athletes, We will be flexible within our system, but we
will stick with that system, Great programs are the direct result of a great staff.  I want you to enjoy what you are doing and
work each day to make our kids better, We will keep open the lines of communication and promote staff unity, We will
support each other in public and criticize/question each other in private. If staff members are not united, neither will the
team, Each of you will know your responsibility during the week and on Friday nights.  If you have a question, ask!, We will
become a family over the years, but need to realize our real families are of utmost importance.  I will never ask you to
choose football or family, but in the same instance, if you have issues that we cannot work through, please do what is best
for the team and the rest of the staff.

Building a Unified Staff: Get to know each others families off the field, Involve coach’s wives any way that we can so they
feel a sense of ownership as well, Give coaches time each week to be with their families and not with the team, Be loyal to
each other and praise exceptional individual efforts, Always be honest with each other, even if the news is not good, Be
aware of public relations, Attend booster club meetings so the supporters get to know the staff, Staff should be visible at
school and community functions whenever possible, We must be able to see potential problems and head them off early.

I am a teacher I will teach your players the game in the correct manner keeping in mind at all time that it is a game They
are people firsthand will be treated with respect.I will keep the game fun but will demand that they work to their highest
level will accept nothing less then there best effort. The game is like life we will go for their best by being prepared and
working together.

I have played and coached the game form 10 years old I have worked with players from Denmark Sweden China Japan
and Russia It is the same game every where in the world. I want to help the game grow I make it fun but I also help young
men grow and develop into great leaders
