I believe that a player MUST feel that his coach can deliver him to the place he wants to go. This can only be combined
with a genuine concern for players both on and off the field, are paramount in my success as a football coach.

The possibility of coaching in Europe is very intriguing. I believe that my experience and coaching background would be
an asset to any organization. I have great passion for the game of football and have always committed wholeheartedly to
the players I have coached and the institution I have served.

Most importantly, I am an excellent teacher who holds the belief that one must be a competent and effective teacher in
order to function at a level of excellence as a football coach.

I left the coaching profession when my daughters were very young to spend more time with them during their formative
years. I do not regret this at all. What my time away from coaching did though, was to give me an in depth understanding
of what I am supposed to do, and how much coaching meant to me.

Currently I am the Quarterback and Receiver Coach at Yale University, a member of the Ivy League. I am very interested
in coaching in Europe and would appreciate learning more about it very much. Travel is not a problem because my
daughters are launched successfully and I am unmarried.

Thanks for your consideration.

Sincerely Yours,

John E. Fraser
