it's not a bad reference point

Wisconsin quarterback who

George Abele of Ipswich
heard about an unusual job
was finishing up at Mount Ida
College in Newton.
"They needed a middle
linebacker in France," said
Abele, 23, who tore it up for
Ipswich High before moving
on to Mount Ida. However, the
student in him said he should
stick around and pick up his
degree, which is precisely
what he did.

has been chosen to represent the
USA and coach USA Football’s Junior
National Team. He was selected by
Head Coach Chuck Kyle of Cleveland
St. Ignatius High School to be his
assistant and coach the defensive
backs. Coach Merritt is currently the
head football coach at Christopher
Columbus High School in Miami and
also works in the WSS Scouting
department. Merritt also coached in
Germany for the Hamburg Blue Devils.
